Panthers @ Eagles
- The Eagles look to be getting back on track, while the Panthers will face their third straight NFC East team, second straight on the road. This is a good NFC matchup featuring two good QBs where both can really use a win.
Saints @ Ravens
- The Ravens have now won 3 of their last 4 while the Saints are coming off a huge win on MNF right into a bye week. This is another situation, similar to the Bears last week, where maybe the bye week came a little too early for a team that was rolling. Nonetheless, it should be a good game between a high powered offense going up against one of the more respectable defenses in the league.
Cowboys @ Redskins
- With the Giants all but dead, the NFC East is a three-way battle between the Eagles and these two teams. The Cowboys’ offense must have heard all the noise because they exploded against the Jags last week in a big 40-7 win. The Skins are coming off a big win themselves, beating the Panthers in a close one. These two teams obviously have a storied history, it’s a good rivalry and a good 4pm game.
Sunday Night Football
Bengals @ Chiefs
- Albeit in losses, I came away impressed with both the Bengals and Chiefs last week. I think the Bengals defense will be jacked up in this game and I expect their offense to be able to move the ball successfully against an underwhelming Chiefs defense. This game was flexed solely because all of the major networks are obsessed with Mahomes, but it should be a good game nonetheless.
