Construction cost: $400 million
The Broncos’ stadium was electric. I was shocked by how loud it was when Dallas was on offense.
I went to Minnesota last year for a Vikings-Cowboys game on primetime, and the stadium was predictably really loud — it’s supposed to be the loudest in the world. I thought Denver blew it out of the park.
The stadium itself was really nice. It was clean and pretty easy to navigate. There was a delay because of the weather, so we were in there for a solid 5-6 hours. It’s safe to say I tried multiple food items from different concession stands, and I thought it was really good.
The fans were very rowdy. They were really happy considering the outcome of the game, but nonetheless, very rowdy. I wondered how they’d be if their team flopped against Dallas.
All in all, it was a great experience and Broncos fans definitely love their team. It reminded me a little bit of Green Bay, except their fans were much more friendly.
